Our services are tailored to each client and our digital products are created or delivered straight away, so we commit time and resources from the moment you order. This policy explains how cancellations work and what we do if something isn't right.

Coaching, consulting and services

• Work is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts. Once work has begun or time has been reserved for you, fees for that work are final.
• Sessions can be rescheduled free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice. Sessions missed or cancelled with less notice are treated as delivered.
• Ongoing monthly services can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice. You won't be charged after the notice period; the current billing period is not prorated.

Online courses

• Courses give you instant access to digital content. By completing your purchase you ask us to provide access immediately and acknowledge that your right to cancel ends once access is provided.

Digital creative products

• These are made to order from the photos you supply and are delivered digitally. Once your order is in production, it is final.
• If an image isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll re-edit it at no extra cost.
• If we can't produce your order, for example because the photos supplied can't be used, we'll explain why and refund you in full.

If something isn't right

Email [email protected] within 14 days with your order details. We'll always look to put things right, whether by revising the work, rescheduling or offering credit towards another service.

Nothing in this policy affects any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply where you live.

These terms apply to all purchases from Walsh Global Consulting LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown at checkout or in your written proposal or invoice. Payment is taken securely by our payment processor at the time of purchase or as set out on your invoice. Services begin once payment, or the first instalment, is received.

Delivery

Services are delivered online. Digital products and course access are delivered by email or secure link. Download links may expire after a stated period, so please save your files.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that any information, photos or materials you send us are yours to share, and that you have permission from anyone featured in them.

Digital creative products

Some digital creative products are produced using artificial intelligence tools and are artistic composites rather than photographs of a real event. Results depend on the photos supplied. Final images are for your personal use; you may share them online and on social media.

Intellectual property

Course materials, templates and resources remain our property and are licensed for your own business use. They may not be resold or shared publicly.

Liability

We provide our services with reasonable skill and care. We can't guarantee specific business results, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, except where the law doesn't allow this limitation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.

Walsh Global Consulting LLC is responsible for the personal information you share with us. We only collect what we need to provide our services.

What we collect

• Contact details such as your name, email address and phone number
• Order and payment information. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never stored by us.
• Files you send us, such as photos for digital creative products
• Messages and information you share during our work together

How we use it

To deliver what you've ordered, communicate with you, take payment, meet legal and accounting obligations and, where you've agreed, send occasional updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.

Who we share it with

Trusted service providers who help us operate, including payment processing, CRM and email, secure file storage and, for digital creative products, image-processing services, including AI providers. They may process data outside your country under appropriate safeguards. We never sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Photos supplied for digital creative products are deleted automatically within 30 days of delivery, and delivered galleries within 90 days. Other records are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
